“Telenotícies” is the flagship news program on TV3/3Cat (public Catalan media). On air since 1984, it has been delivering news and current affairs to its audience for decades. The program covers a wide range of topics, from local stories to international events, always keeping viewers updated on the most important happenings.

Since the renewal of 3Cat's news services was around the corner, I imagined how could the base concept of the program be, based on the new brand.

The main concept revolves around the classic triangle with the 4 red stripes, but in 3D, with a glass effect, and combined with the typical technological overlay (graphics, data, coordinates, etc.). This concept was made in a very short period of time, just to show a potential direction the graphic line of the program could take.

Moreover, as the plans of the new TV set got leaked, I decided to create a video featuring custom 3D renders of the new official set, so as to see its features, and see it in action.

The result was featured in multiple news outlets, such as El Nacional.cat's "En Blau", Nació Digital's "El Món de la Tele", or "Catràdio" (starts at 35:10), 3Cat's main radio station.
